Ohana
Surf & Skate, across from one of Galveston's most popular
surf breaks (The Flagship) and adjacent to the future Galveston
Skatepark, has a 180 degree view of the beach from its spacious
3800 sq. ft. retail space.
Located at 28th & Seawall Blvd and on the route from major
hotels - or on the way to the historic strand shopping district,
Ohana launched its initial contemporary Hawaiian surf/skate
boutique in the Spring of ‘05. |

Ohana’s
product mix is a balance between men’s/young men’s,
women’s/jr’s, and youth (boy’s/girl’s)
surf -skate apparel which is merchandised in coordinate groups
for easy styling for the fashion forward customer. They also
offer an in-store lounge where specialty coffee and packaged
refreshments are provided.
Ohana offers clinics with the purchase of a surfboard or skateboard
package upon request. Personal clinics or Ohana Surf Camps
will include information on water safety, protecting our resources
and the basics of surfing during such sessions. Whereas a
skate clinic would focus on injury prevention, as well as
the basics. These clinics/camps will teach the fundamental
skills needed to get any board activist headed in the right
direction.
